1. Rights of Data
Synagogue does not hold the right to track users directly. Instead, a secured pipe checks the IP for logins and sends it through a tunnel to prevent account sharing. The staff & owners do not ever see your private information; all we see is a state. We do not hold the right to track your personal information, neither do we do that.
2. Account Sharing
Users are prohibited from sharing accounts. Doing so will lead to you being caught due to our logs and will result in you being blacklisted & banned from both the forum & Discord.
3. Invites
All users are periodically going to be given an invite depending on activity & rep. These invites can be given upon asking staff, but overall invite waves will be conducted at the founder's time.
4. Sharing Private Files
Sharing the loader, or any files made by synagogue.club, will lead to a blacklist & ban from the forum & Discord. If someone wants the loader, they need to be a member and download it themselves. We also track downloads so we can track if it gets shared without permission.
5. Forum Behavior
Posting obscene things or inappropriate material onto the forum can lead to a blacklist. Especially if repeated offenses occur after being warned, this will lead to a blacklist.
6. Behavior Outside the Forum
If you're found to be a horrible ass person, you will also be blacklisted. The Synagogue does not associate with or enable wrongdoers in our community.
7. Understanding the Risk
We are not endorsed by Roblox. Using software that can give you an unfair advantage or change the way Roblox is meant to be played can be seen as against the Terms of Service and might get you banned. Always assume that the risk is real.
8. Privacy
We do not share usernames or access logs with anyone, even upon legal request, as we are protected by law. Your data can be completely deleted if you want. You can do so by contacting @angelism.xyz on Discord or @diminutives.
9. Blacklist
We hold the right to blacklist anyone we do not want on synagogue.club.
10. Pricing
The things synagogue.club offers are free at the moment & will most likely be free forever. But this can change, turning them paid to help mitigate server & operating costs. (Although 99% this will never happen, love you.)
